The Incredible Edible...

Today I discovered the "Hard Boiled Egg". Now let me tell you, I have never eaten a hard boiled egg in my entire life. Today I was feeling adventurous and I now have a new favorite food. Oh thank you free range british hens.

I have been feeling infinitely better about London lately. I am relaxed and getting things done at the same time, pretty good for me. I am super excited for my Birthday monday. We are having a pie party. I am making 4 pizza and 3 pies all from scratch. I bought the dished today and a new rolling pin. Also some party hats (Its not a party without hats.) Then we are going to the Star Wars World Premier to gauke at famous people. Sounds like a decent birthday. I wish I could celebrate at home with you all but don't worry, all will be made up for when I get home!
